Return Policy
If you have received your Furnpav Bed and have not yet opened the vacuum seal, you are eligible for a return or an exchange for a different size. To qualify for a return or exchange, the bed must remain unopened and in its original vacuum-sealed packaging. Additionally, covers, waterproof lining kits, blankets, and all other accessories must be unused and in brand-new condition.
To initiate a return, please request it within 14 days of delivery. If you meet these conditions and wish to return your item(s), contact us at furnpavstore@gmail.com for return instructions.
Please note that shipping the item back to the Furnpav warehouse will be at the customer’s expense.
Important: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Once your return is received, we will notify you via email. After inspection, if the item is unused and in brand-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If you prefer to arrange an exchange instead, please let us know at furnpavstore@gmail.com.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the vacuum seal on the bed has been opened, as it cannot be repackaged once expanded. If you have concerns about the size of your bed upon delivery, please do not open the vacuum seal and reach out to our team at furnpavstore@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to assist with arranging a return or exchange, provided the bed remains vacuum sealed.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement. If you do not see your approved refund after this period, please contact us at furnpavstore@gmail.com.
Warranty
Furnpav provides a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, as well as a 10-year warranty against sagging of the memory foam.
This limited warranty covers defects resulting from faulty workmanship or materials. Please note that Furnpav is not responsible for any damages caused by failure to follow care instructions.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at furnpavstore@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular washing and intended use.
- Damage caused by rough handling or aggressive use by pets, including bites, rips, tears, burns, stains, or moisture damage.
- Damage arising from commercial use, such as in hotels, grooming salons, or retail environments.
- Damage incurred from using a Furnpav cover on a non-Furnpav bed, as improper fit may occur.
